Who is a typical Business Coaching client?

Every business and indeed business owner is different. So how can I work with diverse businesses and achieve the results I get and the testimonials I receive?

The common thread is that my clients want to build a system for their business. They want results. They want more personal time back. They want to reinvigorate the entrepreneur within them. They want a fresh perspective. They want to change. They want to build a team to take them to the next level. They want to move forward.

Read my testimonials to get a flavour of their challenges

No two clients have ever been the same, but here are some trends I can share with you:

Desire is a consistent trait

What is common among my clients is an understanding that they are somewhere between points A and B. Here’s what some other business owners have said.

My clients are focused on the future and trying to consign the past to memory. They want more and they want to explore their options for achieving more.

The desire may be driven by personal, competitive, or other pressures. In some cases their industry is in a period of turmoil and currently there are many industries experiencing this. ( think construction, manufacturing retail, or Banking and Finance…)

Revenue levels

A coaching client typically has revenues of about €100, 000 per full time employee or more

I am and have worked with start-ups on one end of the scale all the way to €100m + businesses. What has remained constant is the goal to increase revenue or output per employee. So a client who first meets with me might have revenues of €100k/Full time employee(Called FTE) ( FTE calculation tool), but will inevitably want to increase that so that overall revenue and profitability increases.

The business life stage is also variable

Whether you are a start up, or a well-established business the Focal Point data has shown that years in business is less important than actual life cycle stage.

We use a special graph below to discuss your business life cycle stage with you and the challenges faced at each stage.
