Hi Ronan,

A great article, I really like GOSPA, as you said below goals without a strategy behind them are dreams that will never happen. And it is amazing how the time it takes to achieve any big goal passes by anyway so you may as well spend that time working through your plan one step at a time instead of talking about your goal or dream without taking any action.

When we acheive are goals and targets we feel happier, its the times when we are sitting with nothing to do that we don’t feel good. So the answer is get out there and get busy. Great post Ronan.
